Dear Compass Family,
It’s with gratitude to the Lord and great excitement that I am able to announce that Brandon Sieben has accepted the invitation to serve as the new global CEO of Compass –finances God’s way. He will assume this role on August 31st.

I am fully confident that Brandon is God’s choice to carry on what God has established here at Compass and to guide this ministry to impact many more individuals around the world. I have had the wonderful opportunity to mentor him for the past two years and believe his love of Christ and His word, heart to serve, global experience, passion and vision are needed to lead this ministry into the future.

But don’t worry ⎯ I will not be retiring! I will continue to serve Compass full-time as Chairman of the Board, focusing on expanding the Charting Your Legacy study, speaking and writing, and serving as a global ambassador for Compass. I’ll also be around to continue to mentor Brandon and ensure a strong and successful transition.

Let me tell you a little about Brandon Sieben. He was raised in a committed Christian family, and married his high school sweetheart, Deb. They have three outstanding teenage daughters in high school, and currently live in Iowa City, Iowa. They have been applying what the Bible says about handling money their entire marriage and are actively involved in ministry in their local church.

Brandon received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Iowa. He also studied International Business at the Universidad de Alicante in Alicante, Spain and Latin American Business at Instituto de Idioma Espanol in Cuernavaa, Mexico.

At age 25, Brandon began his career with Hon Industries (one of the largest office furniture manufacturing companies in the world) specializing in the global market. He currently serves as president of AllSteel, the largest subsidiary of Hon.

I’ve been blessed to serve in leadership in this area of financial ministry for 45 years. I’m certain of God’s hand in finding this new leader of the next generation.

So I hope you will join me in welcoming Brandon to the Compass family. And I hope you will continue to stand with him as we all set our sights on influencing the next generation for Christ in ways we never dreamed possible even a few short years ago. Please pray for the Siebens and us!

Warmly in Christ,
Howard Dayton
